Cozia AquaPark

Caciulata is considered the pearl of the thermal baths located on the Olt valley, thanks to the marvelous landscapes that can be admired in this area of Romania. Almost half of the area is covered with beech, oak or resinous trees. The spa town has been mentioned in documents since 1386. Thanks to the recommendation of doctor Carol Davilla, Napoleon III treated himself with mineral water brought from these sources.
Near the town there is the Monastery of Cozia, built in 1386 by the greatest prince of Wallachia "Mircea the Old" who rests his eternal sleep in this Church.
